Process Group

Traditional process groups are a way for clients to connect with one another regarding similar life challenges that arise in the recovery process. From dealing with triggers, to family challenges, to the joys of living awake and conscious, process groups serve as a safe place for clients to learn from one another and deepen the understanding of their own experiences in recovery.

Family Process Group

A family process group focuses specifically on the dynamics of family systems. While they do not include other members of the family, family process groups challenge members to explore their own family dynamics. Though these groups can be challenging, they often yield wonderful insights and shed light on issues that can then be addressed in family sessions.

Men’s Group

Over the centuries, men have been acculturated to be stoic, emotionless, and to avoid intimate conversations with one another. Our men’s group serves as a safe place for men to move beyond familiar stereotypes and explore the benefits of emotional intimacy among men.

Women’s Group

Women are taking on more responsibility in the world. They are being asked to balance work, family, social, and personal lives. Our women’s group provides a supportive environment where women can create connection, camaraderie, and empowerment while addressing the challenges women face in the world today.
