A place to simply “be seen’’– where all is welcome! this is Cori’s generous offering. She provides a safe space to explore who a client is “being” as opposed to what they “do” in the world. With curiosity, non- judgement and playfulness, Cori truly wants to help people open to their most empowered heart centered lives. A divorced MoM of 3, she’s juggled many roles and always felt a sense of something missing. Through many hardships and personal experiences, she discovered a highly creative soul seeking authentic expression. As a Certified body centered Coach (CBCC) and trained at the Adler School of Professional Coaching (ATC), she inspires change by her ‘realness’ and free spirit.
Through mindfulness and attention to the body’s inherent wisdom, she encourages her clients to explore the energy around their thoughts. As the client connects with their strengths and values, they deeply remember their true essence (who they “be) and excitedly open to a world of possibilities.
Cori’s mantra is “If not Now……. When”?
