In this group, you will have the opportunity to compassionately feel your body, notice sensation and experience sound therapy vibrations. You will be guided through movement, stillness and breath exploration as you deepen your awareness and connect more fully to Self. All of this will occur in safe environment with the support of two experienced facilitators.
