Mindfulness Meditation and Breathing

Learn how to use mindfulness meditation to bring awareness to your day-to-day activities. Mindfulness meditation combines breathing and mind/body exercises to expand your awareness, bringing both attention and intention into your life. This practice will help you be present in every moment, and bring non-judgmental consciousness to your current life. In this group, you will have the opportunity to compassionately feel your body, notice sensation and experience sound therapy vibrations. You will be guided through movement, stillness and breath exploration as you deepen your awareness and connect more fully to Self. All of this will occur in safe environment with the support of two experienced facilitators.
