Changing Negative Self-Talk

The conversations that we have within ourselves can influence our relationships, our actions and certainly our day. This negative self-talk may arise when you are feeling not good enough – perhaps because you didn’t work out, or had an extra piece of chocolate, or couldn’t fit into a certain size clothing. On a daily basis our body is reacting to these messages by entering a fight or flight mode.
