I am very excited to announce that we are offering a conscious “date night” for clients, friends and family. If you have not yet heard, we are blessed to have Ross McKenzie on our team as a Life Coach. His documentary, Bipolarized, is heart-moving, soul-shaking, and stigma-lifting. The film hasn’t been publicly released yet so this is an exclusive and private screening.
The film addresses the many blind spots within our current western medical model of care and intends to start a conversation about mental health challenges. Specifically, how we experience them, how we treat them and how we heal from them. Bipolarized is the true story of Ross’ journey to uncover the root causes and treat his bipolar disorder using alternative and holistic treatments. Furthermore, Ross will be at the event to facilitate a discussion and heart-opening conversation after the film.
This is an opportunity to really delve into what it’s like to be labelled with a mental health condition and what can do to create change.
